Shipping the Phrögbones Way

At Phrögbones, we believe every order deserves a little extra care before it begins its journey.

Unlike large retailers, each order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared by the Phrög Phamily to ensure you receive the correct items in excellent condition. We take pride in every shipment because we know you're excited to wear your Phrögbones gear.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and handling before your package ships.

This gives the Phrögs time to:

• Carefully inspect each item for quality.
• Verify your order for accuracy.
• Package everything securely to arrive safely.

During new product launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every hop of the way.

Shipping transit times vary depending on the carrier and destination and are in addition to our 5–7 business day processing period.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we'll work quickly to make it right.
